Descrizione Organolettica: Straw-white in color with green reflections. It is characterized by a young, intense and fruity bouquet, with hints of just ripe white peach. White sparkling wine, dry, soft and light; with a fresh, fruity and fragrant flavor with a great and pleasant delicacy

Conservazione: Store in a dry, cool and dark place. It is recommended to drink it within 3 years of life
Temperatura di servizio: To be served very cold at 6-7° C
Suggerimenti gastronomici: Excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with fish appetizers and hot cheese tarts. Very interesting combined with first courses of fish with shellfish
