The IL CONTE VILLAPRANDONE winery is located in the heart of the Piceno region, on the hills of the picturesque medieval village of Monteprandone.
Here, the slopes are caressed by the fragrant breezes of the Adriatic Sea, which meet and blend with the gentle currents of the Sibillini Mountains.
This union, combined with the clay soil, gives each grape variety unique flavors and aromas, as well as an ideal microclimate for their growth.
Ancient methods
The property covers about 50 hectares and is characterized by the cultivation of indigenous grapes such as Pecorino, Passerina, Montepulciano and Sangiovese.
Each “Il Conte” home product is an extension of its territory and the winemaking traditions associated with it: from Rosso Piceno to Offida Pecorino and Passerina.
Wines that have become witnesses of a unique craftsmanship, with a typically Marche charm, which are still obtained today with ancient winemaking methods handed down for generations.
