Descrizione Organolettica: Bright yellow in colour, tending towards golden. The bouquet is fruity, ample and pronounced, with intense and complex aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, spices, candied fruit and crusty bread. The taste is full, aromatic and balanced, with elegant and persistent spicy notes

Conservazione: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. It is recommended to drink it within 5-8 years of life

Temperatura di servizio: To be served cold at 10 – 12°C.

Suggerimenti gastronomici: It goes perfectly with important and elaborate fish dishes, but also with preparations based on farm animals with aromatic herbs
