Conservation in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, cold bottling in sterile line
Descrizione Organolettica: Bright straw yellow in colour, it is characterized by hints of kiwi, lavender, fresh almond, musk; mulberry flowers and mint in the finish. Wine with a good consistency, the taste is fresh with hints of yellow-fleshed fruits and aromatic herbs, with a slightly savory finish
Conservazione: Store in a cool, dry and dark place. It is recommended to drink it within 3-5 years of life
Temperatura di servizio: To be served cold at 10 – 12°C.
Suggerimenti gastronomici: First courses with fish sauces, raw meat such as carpaccio and medium-aged cheeses.
